North Campus, your daily routine is getting a beautiful upgrade!
Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is now open at Pierpont Commons - a cozy new spot built exclusively for your hustle & convenience between classes.
Globally inspired flavors, premium teas, & real-ingredient energy served right where you study, meet, and hang out.
We are so excited to bring another Sweetwaters to UM students at Pierpont Commons on North Campus. Both of us are proud UM alumni - class of '86 - and even our three sons followed in our footsteps as Wolverines. Lisa still remembers the first time she drove up from her hometown in Ohio, stumbled onto North Campus, and fell in love with its picturesque, natural setting. Her freshman year is full of fond memories, especially taking ceramics classes in the Art & Architecture building. We're thrilled Sweetwaters gets to be part of the North Campus community, and Lisa's especially excited to visit one of her favorite spots, the Wavy Field, a lot more often! - Lisa & Wei
For over 30 years, Sweetwaters has believed the best things in life are made fresh; like using real strawberries, brewing whole leaf tea daily, & carefully brewing cold brew coffee for 18 hours, just for you. We are deeply committed to bringing creative, extraordinary, & attainable luxuries to the neighborhoods we serve.
At our second on-campus location, founders Lisa & Wei — proud University of Michigan alums themselves — are bringing Sweetwaters back to where it all began. Their team will ensure your drinks are handcrafted in real time by real people using real ingredients. Stop in, see your favorite regular baristas & Love Your Day™ !

Finding our dream home in Austin’s competitive market seemed impossible—until we met Olivia. She understood exactly what we wanted and made the process stress-free.

Olivia is the best realtor I’ve worked with. Her advice helped me buy a beautiful investment property in East Austin.
